Before-and-After Photos Should Show More Than a Color Change
Southern Style’s project gallery includes residential, commercial, institutional and municipal-type work across Georgia and Alabama. The split photographs are before-and-after pairs from real pressure-washing and soft-washing projects. Surfaces shown include building exteriors and concrete affected by organic growth, weathering and other exterior buildup.
How to judge a cleaning result
A strong before-and-after should show a cleaner surface without obvious damage from the cleaning process. On concrete, that means an even result rather than wand stripes or fresh etching. On siding and building exteriors, it means removing the growth while respecting paint, joints, trim, windows and surrounding landscaping.
Projects range from hours to multiple days
Some residential jobs can be completed in a couple of hours. Larger commercial or institutional properties may require multiple days, work-zone planning, long hose runs, access equipment and coordination around operating schedules. The same trailer system supports both, but the project plan changes with the scale.

Going forward, the goal is to capture separate before, during and after photographs on every project. That gives customers a better view of the actual process and helps facility managers document condition changes. Commercial photos can also support future maintenance planning when the property is cleaned on a recurring schedule.
